How much do you charge for physiotherapy treatments?
Initial Assessment (with treatment) costs £58.
Follow-up Treatments cost £48 each.

How long do your physiotherapy sessions last?
The Initial Assessment lasts up to 1 hour.
Follow-up treatments last approximately 1/2 hour.
How much do you charge for Pilates classes?
2 to 1 Studio Pilates classes cost £37.
Mat-based Pilates classes cost £60 for a block of six classes

How long do your Pilates classes last?
All our Pilates classes, Studio and Mat-based, last 1 hour.
How long are your Sports Massage sessions and what do they cost?
30 minutes = £40
45 minutes = £45
60 minutes = £50

Do you treat children?
We do treat children over the age of 11, ideally anyone under the age of 18 would be accompanied by a responsible adult when attending for treatment.
What should I wear?
We recommend you wear comfortable, relatively loose-fitting clothes, when attending our Pilates classes.
When attending for physiotherapy assessment/treatment please be aware that your physiotherapist may require you to undress to some degree or to be able to move clothing sufficiently to one side to allow proper assessment/treatment. Please dress appropriately according to the area of the body you are coming to us to have treated.
These same guidelines are appropriate to those attending for sports massage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We have an online payment system which you will be directed to when you receive your booking confirmation, alternatively we also accept payment by cash & card.
Do you accept NHS referrals?
No. Unfortunately we do not accept NHS referrals..
Do you have parking facilities?
Yes. There is off road parking to the right-hand side of the clinic as you look at the front entrance. There is also ample parking available on-street, adjacent to the clinic.
If you’re coming by bicycle you will find a bike rack by the front entrance.
