I had disabling Right hip pains.
I researched local musculoskeletal specialists and decided on Dr Emma Sutton at body works Leicester.
Dr Sutton did a thorough initial assessment & assured me that she had excluded serious conditions.
I was prescribed regular exercised to do at home.
I made a significant improvement which is ongoing.
I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Sutton at body works Leicester.

Having just moved to Leicester, I was trying to find a replacement for my previous physio Norman and was recommended Bodyworks on a local FB page. I’ve had a couple of appointments now with Serife and must highly recommend!! Great location, friendly team and Serife’s positive attitude which sees ‘‘movement as medicine’ I can highly recommend - she is my NEW Norman!

I have recently completed a course of physio with Serife for issues with my lower back. I was impressed by her professionalism and friendliness. She listened well and set me exercises that, although sometimes challenging, definitely helped my recovery. I would thoroughly recommend Body Works and Serife in particular!

Theresa and everyone at Body Works are excellent. It is always my first port of call for any problems ie Knees hips and back etc.
Recently I have also seen Siobhan for help with Pelvic floor exercises.
I am a huge fan also of Theresa’s online Pilates classes which have recently been updated into an app and are excellent classes with lots of choices for all abilities.
Can thoroughly recommend

I've been using this clinic for regular Pilates classes and occasional physiotherapy for several years now and it is excellent. I've used both the in person classes (essential when starting) and now subscribe to the on-demand online library which is a great facility. It's a small firm and all the better for that. really lovely people and excellent service. No hesitation at all in recommending all of their services.

I had sports massage with Joe on a couple of occasions. Joe is very professional and knowledgeable. The massage really helped with my problem, therefore I can definitely recommend him.

Been working with Zack since I had my ACL repair 6 months ago. I've also worked with a highly recommended NHS physio at the same time so in a good position to make a comparison, and although both have been very good, Zack is on another level. Needless to say, the NHS waits are of course very long as well. Zach is always very positive, very attentive, providing evidence based tests and just really nothing negative to say at all. People considering private physio will obviously consider the cost aspect, from my experience Bodyworks as a whole are a very honest service with reasonable prices, they will advise you from the get-go how many sessions you will likely need, and there is sensible time in between appointments (for me every 4-6 weeks), they're really not out to take your money, no pushy sales or anything like that, just good quality physio. Also they having parking on site and easy nearby street parking. As a doctor who works on a creaking NHS service with long waits, if you're looking for private physio that doesn't cost an arm and a leg (no pun intended), I would strongly recommend both Bodyworks and Zack.

Rang up to ask how much 1st consultation would be was told £52 which is really reasonable includes consultation and what ever they decide you need, I had a massage and ultra sound. Then asked to come back next week which then cost me £42. Can honestly say I felt listened too and my back is sooo much better. Was told probably need just one more session. Other physiotherapists have initially quoted me £75 1st consultation, then have to book up front at least 6 more appointments in advance . I would highly recommend bodyworks for their prices, professional care, and resolving my back problem, I felt I was a person with a problem not just making it about the money .
